Long serving defender, William Given is the former Copany Rovers club captain, and is usually the rock at the heart of the Copany Rovers defense. William was voted Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year for the 06/07 campaign, and followed it up with the Player of the Year for the 07/08 campaign.
The 08/09 season saw William play an integral part of his first promotion, and was a rich reward for a player who's given dedicated service to the Cobras for the best part of 16 campaigns.
William continued to be a mainstay at the heart of the Copany defense for the 10/11 season.
