Gary Ward was the big winner at the Copany Rovers 2009 Presentation Night, which was held in the Abbey Hotel on Saturday 30th May, as he scooped both the Senior Team Player of the Year award as well as the Players' Player of the Year Award. David Graham was also to scoop two awards on the night, adding the Young Player of the Year Award to his Top Goalscorer award. Aaron Scott was presented with the Goal of the Season award after his cracker on the opening day win over Aranmore United. Adele Graham won the Club Supporter of the Year, while Johnny Graham won the Ballboy of the Year Award! David Johnston and Denis McMullin were the first inductees to the Copany Rovers Hall of Fame. Both men have been continually involved with the club from day one, 30 years ago. Meanwhile, there were appreciation awards for Charlie Bonner, Phillip Montgomery, Violet Wilson, Sandra Johnston, Russell Gorman, Stephen Johnston and Robert Love. The Copany Rovers squad were presented with their C.T. Ball Division 2 Runners-Up medals on the night, while Aaron Scott paraded the Benny Daly Memorial Award for Best Behaved Club. It was also announced that Robert Kee and Sons will be sponsoring a new club tracksuit for next season, and Desmond Kee was at the Presentation night to unveil the tracksuit along with Aaron Scott, who took the initiative to seek sponsorship of the tracksuits.
